You can delete all your data in the Waffle App by simply going to your Waffle Profile.
Here are steps you need to do:
Go to “Account & Security” menu in your Waffle Profile
Select “Account Delete” option
On the account deletion screen, click the “Delete Account” button. You will be asked for confirmation through a popup. If you wish to proceed, click “Confirm”
A 5-digit code will be sent to your primary email address registered with Waffle
Enter the 5-digit code and click “Continue” to complete the deletion process
After this your account will be set for deletion & all of your data will be removed after a 14 days period
If you decide to delete your Waffle account, here's what you need to know:
Data Removal: Deleting your Waffle account will result in the complete removal of all your data from the platform. This includes any Toppings, Catalogs, Catalog Items, Templates, and other content associated with your account.
14-Day Data Retention: After you initiate the account deletion process, Waffle retains your information and data for a 14-day period. This provides a grace period in case you change your mind or need to access your account again.
Account Restoration: During the 14-day retention period, you have the option to restore your Waffle account by simply logging in and following the provided in-app steps for restoration.
Email/ID Restrictions: Please note that, during the 14-day data retention period, you will not be able to create a new account on Waffle using the same email address, Apple ID, or Google ID. This restriction ensures data integrity and security.
By following these steps and understanding the process, you can make an informed decision regarding the deletion of your Waffle account. Waffle values your data and provides a grace period for account restoration if you have a change of heart.
